RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns of un-opened and un-damaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Returns can be made in two ways:
- Repackage and ship the return back to Creatoyvity. Please include a copy of your order receipt and your preferred manner of contact. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and any damages that may occur during shipping

- Bring the return back to any Creatoyvity location. Please be sure to bring the items(s) you wish to return, a printed copy of the receipt, and the credit card used at the time of purchase.
A full refund for the merchandise total will be given once items have been received & inspected, and payment will be issued in the manner of original payment.
We offer 110% price match guarantee on all Bruder and Kettler products listed on our website. The price match guarantee does not apply to other items at this time. To claim the price match you must provide proof of current advertised price on the same item in new condition from an authorized reseller of either Bruder or Kettler. The match does not apply to items made by either manufacturer, but not currently listed on our website. You may claim the price match by purchasing from us, and either at purchase, or anytime for the next 30 days after purchase if you find a better delivered price, we will refund you 110% of the difference (i.e. for a $10 price difference, we will refund you $11).
